LNAT registration in India: the Jindal route for 2027
Jindal Global Law School (O.P. Jindal Global University) admits law students through the LNAT and says it accepts no other law admissions test. Register on the LNAT website, book a centre in India for £120, sit the test, and apply to JGU separately.

Register and book
- Create an LNAT account on lnat.ac.uk. If Jindal is your only LNAT university, leave the UCAS Personal ID blank.
- Need extra time or other arrangements? Apply to LNAT before you book: those tests cannot be booked online.
- Log in, choose a centre in India, a date and a time, and pay in pounds by card or with an LNAT voucher.
- Apply to Jindal Global Law School on JGU's admissions site.
- Sit the test with photo ID from the LNAT list, such as your passport. Free rescheduling is open until 48 hours before your appointment.

Worked example Two applications, one sitting
Aanya applies to Jindal Global Law School and to King's College London for 2027 entry.
Why this works: She books one LNAT before 31 December 2026, the King's sit-by date, and adds her UCAS Personal ID so King's can find her result. The same score goes to Jindal.
Why the tempting route fails: Booking a second LNAT later for Jindal. You can sit only once in the cycle, so the first sitting must meet the earliest deadline on her list.

Is LNAT India the same as the LNAT?
Jindal Global Law School now names the LNAT-UK as its admissions test: the same LNAT that UK universities use, booked on lnat.ac.uk. JGLS says it does not accept any other law school admissions test.
How much does the LNAT cost in India?
