Name the task before you answer it. Each type has an original question to try.

• Section AAssumptionFind the unstated belief the argument needs for its conclusion to follow.
• Section AInferenceChoose the statement the passage supports, without adding anything it does not say.
• Section AMeaning in contextSay what a word or phrase means where the author uses it, which may not be its dictionary meaning.
